I have desperately needed to purchase a vehicle as I lost my last car in an accident. I needed something within my budget and quickly. After reviewing my financial documents, it became apparent that it would be difficult to drive off the lot with a car today. But the staff were so amazing that they did everything that could to make sure I had something today no matter what. After thoroughly explaining all the details of the car purchasing process, they were able to convince my (unwavering) mother to assist in the purchasing process which made all the difference in me being able to finance a car. Not only was I able to purchase a 2020 Chevy Malibu instead of a much smaller 2012 Volkswagen Jetta, but the financial specialist worked down the monthly payments to as low as possible to keep me well within my budget. My mother and I are highly satisfied with our experience at Car Planet and would recommend and refer them to others that are looking to purchase a vehicle. Edit: I returned today to have my license plate mounted to the front of my Malibu. First they told me where I could buy a plate mount and said I could come back to have it put on which was nice to begin with. I also noticed that a light was out on the front of my car and decided to try getting both things done in one trip. When I entered the building and let Raquel and Chris know what I needed today, Chris pulled out the light that was out on my vehicle. I was happy to know that Car Planet was already on top of it and just needed time to call me back to have the part replaced.

Angel was very helpful and made it happen for us ...we checked out several vehicles and the one particular I was interested in was Def the one I made it out with thanks again for all your help I definitely recomend asking for Angel if you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle 😀

Had an absolutely amazing experience with KC and Angle. It's not often that you deal with honest car dealers. KC was overly generous and forthcoming, I would highly recommend using them for any vehicle needs. Will be coming back for our next purchase.
