The car-buying experience with Raquel was outstanding from start to finish. She was so patient and took the time to answer all questions, no matter how small. Her knowledge of the vehicles was impressive, and she explained every feature and detail without being pushy. There was no feeling of being rushed or pressured. Her kindness and friendly demeanor made a potentially stressful process genuinely enjoyable. Thanks to her, the new Mercedes AMG purchase was a success.
